Winter is a time for rest, recuperation, and care—for myself, my family, our animals, and our health. It’s also my time to plan, prep, and dream! As spring approaches, I’ll be planting, infusing herbal oils, and ordering supplies for the upcoming season, ensuring the highest quality products for my community.
I’m also excited to bring back microgreens on a small scale, offering fresh, nutrient-packed greens to the community!
So, when does the market open?
Most likely when the plants start to emerge, and the gardens look beautiful—when nature signals it’s time! I’ll be keeping an eye on the weather and will announce the exact date when the season feels just right. ☀️🌱
