This year, I’m choosing intention over hustle. After a couple whirlwind seasons of pouring my energy into all the things—markets, product making, microgreens, livestock, and raising a family—I’ve realized something important:
I can’t do it all, and I’m not meant to.
That’s why 2025 at Yarrow Valley is about going back to my roots—literally and figuratively. I’m refocusing on what I grow, create, and craft right here on the farm, with love, purpose, and healing in mind.
So, What’s Changing?
I’m streamlining what I offer so I can continue to show up with quality, consistency, and care—without burning out. This means:
-
Smaller batches, greater impact.
You’ll still find my beloved goat’s milk lotions, healing salves, and fire cider, just in limited seasonal runs. -
Locally grown microgreens, scaled to sustainability.
These nutrient-dense little powerhouses will return, but in smaller quantities, focused on quality and freshness. No more large-scale wholesale—just the good stuff, locally delivered. -
Chicks & baby goats, straight from our homestead.
Our little springtime side hustle is thriving! Chicks and any extra baby goats we don’t keep will be available for purchase this season. -
Less outside product, more from the land.
I’ll be shifting away from reselling outside goods and focusing on what I grow and make here—herbs, tea blends, salves, and seasonal wellness kits.
What You Can Look Forward To
- The Yarrow Valley Farmstead Collection—a curated line of intentional, locally made products designed to nourish your skin, support your body, and simplify your self-care.
- Thoughtfully made seasonal offerings (think spring chicks, summer grow kits, winter immune blends).
- New educational content and guides to help you live more simply and naturally, including blog posts, DIYs, and occasional product-making kits.
- Better balance. For me, for my family, and for the future of this farm and the healing work I love doing.
If you’ve been part of this journey, thank you. Your support means the world to me—and by shopping locally, sharing kind words, and showing up to the market, you help keep this dream alive.
Here’s to a season of simplicity, sustainability, and deep-rooted nourishment.
With gratitude,
Jenn
